Allergosan 1% Cream – fast relief from skin allergies

Allergosan 1% from the Sopharma brand is an effective anti-allergic cream designed to eliminate skin reactions quickly. It contains chloropyramine, a powerful antihistamine that relieves itching, redness, swelling and rashes, helping to restore skin comfort.

The preparation is suitable for treating irritations after insect bites, contact dermatitis, allergic rashes and itchy dermatoses. Allergosan 1% Cream is especially effective for local skin allergies that do not affect large areas of the skin. If symptoms do not go away or worsen within 5-7 days, it is recommended to consult a doctor.

Indications for use

• Allergosan cream for adults and children (from 7 years) for:
• insect bites
• contact dermatitis and other pruritic dermatoses
• rashes and itching in various allergic conditions without systemic manifestations.

Method of administration and dosage

Dosage

• Adults and children aged 7 to 18 years
• A thin layer of cream is applied to the affected area 2-3 times a day, gently rubbing into the skin.

Directions for use

Allergosan cream is intended for topical application on the skin only. It is recommended for use in acute dermatoses. It can be applied under an occlusive dressing or through physiotherapy procedures in order to better penetrate the skin and achieve a rapid therapeutic effect.

Do not apply to open wounds, eyes, mucous membranes of the nose and mouth.

The duration of treatment is from 5 to 7 days.

Special instructions

• For chronic dermatoses with pronounced hyperkeratosis, it is recommended to use another dosage form, Allergosan ointment.
• Do not apply to large areas of skin, open wounds or burns.
• Do not take internally.
• Do not apply to mucous membranes or eyes.
• Peculiarities of the influence of the drug on the ability to drive a vehicle or potentially dangerous mechanisms
• Allergosan cream does not affect active attention and can be used by drivers and machine operators.

Side effects

No systemic effects are observed when chloropyramine is applied locally.

Very rarely

• itching or irritation at the site of application.

Contraindications

• hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients
• violation of the integrity of the skin and skin reactions accompanied by exudation
• burns
• children up to 7 years old
• pregnancy and lactation period.
